SMS Communications Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SQAVY. These Terms govern your use of the SMS communications service provided by SQAVY, LLC ("SQAVY," "we," "us," or "our"). By calling a business that uses SQAVY's automated SMS service, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Service

SQAVY, LLC ("SQAVY," "we," "us," or "our") operates an automated SMS messaging platform that enables small businesses ("Business Clients") to respond to customer phone calls via text message. This page describes how the SQAVY SMS service works, how consent is obtained, and your rights as a recipient of these messages.

2. How You Receive Messages from SQAVY-Powered Businesses

When you call a business that uses SQAVY’s automated SMS service and your call is not answered, you will receive an automated SMS reply at the phone number you called from, typically within 30 seconds. This message is sent on behalf of the business you called. By voluntarily placing a call to a business that uses SQAVY’s service, you are initiating contact and consenting to receive an automated SMS response from that business. This consent is disclosed on the business website (where applicable), business signage, marketing materials, voicemail greetings, or printed communications, and on this Terms page. If you do not wish to receive SMS communications, do not place a call to a business using the SQAVY service, or reply STOP to any message received to immediately opt out.

3. Types of Messages You May Receive

After your initial automated reply, you may receive follow-up messages related to the reason for your call, including service quotes and pricing information, appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders, emergency service responses, review requests after service completion, voicemail transcriptions, and general customer service follow-ups.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional messages without separate explicit consent.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. SQAVY, LLC and its Business Clients are not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency may vary.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number from that business. To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START or call the business directly.

7. Help and Support

For assistance, reply HELP to any message received. You will receive a response with contact information for support. You may also contact SQAVY directly via info@sqavy.com, (813)421-0279 or www.sqavy.com.

8. Supported Carriers

SQAVY’s SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and message content collected through the SQAVY service are used solely to facilitate communication between you and the business you contacted. 10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to consent to receive SMS messages through the SQAVY service.

11. Changes to These Terms

SQAVY reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
